Artisan Kitchen is a family owned business, run by husband and wife team Mark and Talia, with the help of their adult children, who you will see working Artisan Kitchen Cafe; Celeste - your friendly barista and cafe Manager, as well as Jordan - assisting in the kitchen and you may even see Talia's eldest son Dray - an award winning barista, who helps with the cafe and weddings. 

 

Talia takes care of everything behind the scenes, including administration, social media, website design and staff management.

 

Mark is an award-winning chef, leading a team of qualified culinary professionals at AK. Previously, he served as the head chef at Dine in Sky City, a once renowned fine dining establishment under Peter Gordon.
